All shoes are delivered in their original Skechers box with the official serial number. Once you try them on and feel the comfort and quality, you will recognize that they are 100% original.

You can place your foot on a piece of paper, trace it, and measure from the tip of the big toe to the end of the heel in centimeters. Based on this measurement, we can determine your correct size.

Skechers tend to run slightly large, so if you usually wear EU 39, your Skechers size is typically EU 38.

We offer a try-on service with our delivery representative. If the shoes do not fit at delivery, you only pay the shipping fee.

If you receive the order and later find the size is not suitable, contact us to request a return or exchange, and your refund will be processed within 2–3 days.

All products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to factory defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
